Publish a review
To manually publish a review, just follow below steps:
Go to Manage Reviews / Pending reviews
Use the filters to find the review
Click the Publish
Un-publish a review
Go to Manage Reviews / Published
Use the filters to find the review
Click the Un-publish

You also can perform those actions in bulk by selecting multiple reviews
